Our Team

Josh Koontz joined our team in January 2017 as a sales engineer.  Josh has relocated to Indiana from Pennsylvania where he had been employed by EVAPCO, Inc.   He comes to us with a great deal of EVAPCO equipment knowledge as well as a high level of enthusiasm.   Josh began his career in the U.S. Air Force with duty stations in California, Texas, NJ and a tour in Iraq supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.  He graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics.  Following his service Josh was selected to join General Electric’s exclusive Commercial Leadership program designed for future GE leaders.  Josh spent a combined 5 years in the field working as a sales engineer for General Electric’s Water and Process division and later Nalco, helping his customers operate their plants more efficiently and safely while saving them operating costs. After gaining field experience in a variety of industries including power, food & beverage, and chemical processing to name a few, Josh joined EVAPCO in Taneytown, MD.  Josh started as a Marketing Engineer in 2011 and moved through the ranks to his most recent position of Assistant Product Manager.    In 2016 Josh completed his MBA with a concentration in finance at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. 

Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Abbey and 3 children Laney, Zach and Taylor.  Most warm days you will find them out on the boat water skiing and wakeboarding.  He also enjoys golfing, hiking and shooting his bow.

Brian Milnamow

Brian graduated from Grand Valley State University in 1989. He began his career in the industrial refrigeration industry by working for the E.L. Nickell Company as an inside salesman. It was during this three-year period that he worked closely with one of Nickell’s sales representatives, Stanton And Associates. In 1993 Brian had the opportunity to join Bill Stanton when his company began to represent EVAPCO Inc. Brian and Jeff became business partners and co-owners of Stanton And Associates in 2003 and continued to expand the product offerings and business. Brian enjoys the relationships that have developed with co-workers, customers and the manufacturers he represents.

Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and daughters, Rachel and Olivia. He particularly likes watching his children participate in their various sporting and musical endeavors. He enjoys watching college sports and vacationing with family and friends.

Jeff Rothermel

Jeff graduated from Penn State University in 1992 with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He worked as an application engineer for FES in York, Pennsylvania for five years.  After gaining field experience with an industrial refrigeration contractor in Virginia for a year, Jeff joined EVAPCO in Taneytown, Maryland.  During his five years of experience with EVAPCO, Jeff held progressive roles as a Product Manager and as a Regional Sales Manager.  In 2003, Jeff and Brian became business partners and co-owners of Stanton and Associates.  Jeff also has been a registered Professional Engineer since 1998.  He enjoys working in the industrial refrigeration marketplace and providing applications and design experience.  Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending family time with his wife, Vicki, and children, Ryan and Rachel.  His favorite activities include family vacations to the Outer Banks and Caribbean, coaching youth basketball, following Major League Baseball, and reading.

Andrew Rockwell

Andy Rockwell graduated in 2005 from Tri-State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. While in school, he served as a Resident Assistant and Resident Director for the Department of Student Life. Andy also served one year as President of Sigma Phi Delta fraternity. Andy gained practical experience during two summer internships as a Quality Control technician in a machine shop, and in a grey iron foundry. Andy’s Industrial Refrigeration career began in May of 2005 when he started employment at Stanton and Associates. Andy became a licensed Professional Engineer in 2009. In 2012 Andy became a partner in Stanton And Associates by accepting the opportunity to own a minor share of the company.

In his spare time, Andy enjoys playing golf, going to baseball games, attending concerts, and taking hunting trips. Andy is also an avid participant in competitive rifle and pistol shooting sports.

Adam Horton

Adam serves as Stanton And Associates' Office Manager and is also responsible for replacement part quotations and part order processing.  Adam has several years of experience in office administration including positions with the National Park Service, Indiana University and The Lubeznik Center For The Arts.  He graduated from Indiana University South Bend In 2014.  While at IU, Adam earned several awards, including a leadership recognition award for his outstanding commitment to the Raclin School of the Arts.  In 2015 Adam graduated from the United States Army Medical Training Campus In San Antonio, Texas.  He is currently serving his country as a member of the Army National Guard.   He enjoys camping and hiking in the National Parks, is an avid moviegoer, web designer and exhibiting artist.
